Happy Schools

Last week Vicky ran a mini Happiness Facilitator Training for twelve 11-12 year old’s at Southbank International School.

The school had set up a happiness and wellbeing youth-board (what an amazing idea!) for Vicky to train, with the youth-board to put on a showcase in their school hall to share the happiness teachings with the rest of the school, teachers and family and friends.

Vicky was absolutely blown away by the wisdom in the group and her heart was filled with so much joy and hope for the future!

The Museum of Happiness is very excited to announce that they will now be rolling this programme out to as many other schools as possible.

Here’s to many more mini happiness teachers, spreading the science and art of happiness in their schools!

What a truly wonderful thing to have children sharing these teachings with their peers, parents and teachers. Our hearts are bursting with excitement for this new Happier Schools Programme. The teacher expressed ‘this training has been so valuable and will set the children up for life and we are so excited for the showcase, so that all this wonderful knowledge can spread to the entire school and to their parents’.

This is currently a self-funded programme, and the team is busy filling funding applications so we can reach as many schools as possible.

If you would like the Museum of Happiness to come to a school close to your heart or you feel called to sponsor a school, please email us at Smile@Musuemofhappiness.org.
