A busy end to October at the MOH!

Happier Halloween

We hope you’re well and had an incredible halloween this year! The MOH celebrated in Camden and instead of ‘trick or treating’ we went ‘treat or treating’ through random acts of kindness in the street. We handed out roses, postcards, sweets, positive messages, high fives and hugs. One woman couldn’t believe we weren't looking for donations in return and couldn’t stop hugging us, telling us we’d made her night! Let us know if you added a happy twist to your Halloween this year!

Winter is coming...so come and get cosy!

We’ve been watching the leaves change from green, to yellow to red and then drop off the trees. The change in season can sometimes be hard, so feel free to pop in for cup of tea or come to one of our events to cheer up, keep warm and stay connected.

New happiness teachers on the block!

We're delighted to share that we ran our first ever train the trainer event last week which was probably one of the most exciting things we have ever done! We welcomed Anthony, Mike, Puja, Shaileen, Michele and James into the space and taught them everything we know. We also walked out brimming with new knowledge due to the beautiful atmosphere of co-creation and the variety of backgrounds and experience in the group. Thank you to everyone involved who made this such an amazing success. Get in touch here if you're interested in learning to teach happiness. Our next course is planned for Sat 9th-Tue 12th Feb 2018!

Feeling good vibrations...literally!

We were also blessed by a beautiful sound massage from the one and only Sarah Waite last Sunday night! Sarah led us in a magical experience followed by a soulful sharing where we explored, honoured and celebrated the sad, anxious or irritable side to happiness.

Visitors from afar

The Mang Savna children from India paid a visit to MOH. They are all studying an earn and learn programme, where they develop their arts and crafts skills so that they can support their families, whilst receiving a values-based education at the same time. They are in London for a week and created a beautiful mandala and drawings of peace which will be taking pride of place at our very first Awakin circle we’ll be holding next month on 7th Dec! (Please save the date - details coming soon).

Welcoming Art of Living

We’ve also started a lovely partnership with the Art of Living who are using our space to run their courses. Venue hire supports us to be able to run pay it forward classes and keep the space looking nice. If you would like to hire our space, please check out our venue hire page and get in touch!
