Not feeling happy?

 We love to share the tools and techniques for sustainable happiness.

But we also know that there are times when life feels incredibly tough and overwhelming.

Whatever you’re feeling, whatever you’re going through, whatever your situation - you’re not alone. And it’s okay not to feel okay.

While we’re not able to provide direct support ourselves, there are amazing services out there who can always offer a kind and supportive ear;

You are significant and you matter, and reaching out for support is a sign of strength not weakness.

We all want to be happy, and we all suffer - it’s part of being human. So you’re not alone if you’re feeling scared, lonely, exhausted or overwhelmed.

Remember; you’ve made it through every bad day so far.

You can get through this next one, too.

Finding therapy

Working with a trained professional can be the best investment you’ll ever make for both your current happiness and your future quality of life.

There are a number of places to find a therapist, and this article from MIND is a great overview of your options and how to choose one. Your local Rethink Mental Illness branch may be able to offer you talking therapies.

Having therapeutic support has been key to our founder Vicky's progress and evolution and she strongly recommends it.
